Group

For children starting out between the ages of 4-8, we highly recommend small group music lessons. Groups will consist of up to 4 students who are around the same age and musical level.

We encourage group learning because it allows children to:

•  Learn from watching and listening to other students

•  Develop confidence playing in front of others

•  Build rhythm and musical awareness together

•  Practice listening and following musical instructions

•  Learn basic music theory and music skills in a fun social environment

•  Encourage one another and celebrate each other's progress

•  Develop teamwork while still receiving individual attention

Children benefit tremendously from seeing that they are not learning music alone. The group environment creates a fun, encouraging atmosphere while allowing them to develop their foundational piano skills
