This month, we want to celebrate a student who truly decided to put his mind to it and go the extra mile. As he prepares for his RCM exam at the end of the month, his dedication has been nothing short of inspiring.
Day after day, he’s been waking up as early as 5:30 AM to practice—choosing discipline, focus, and growth even when it wasn’t easy. That kind of commitment speaks volumes about his character and love for music.
We’re so proud of the hard work you’ve put in and the determination you’ve shown. Way to go!

A Little Encouragement for Our Students
Remember, it’s not about where you are right now—it’s about choosing to stick with it. Growth takes time, and real progress happens over time, one practice, one lesson, one small win at a time.
There may be moments when it feels slow or challenging, but don’t quit. One day, you’ll look back and be so proud that you stayed committed, kept showing up, and didn’t give up on yourself.
Keep going.
It’s worth it.
A Word of Encouragement for Parents
To our parents—your role matters more than you may realize. It’s natural to feel discouraged at times, especially when progress feels slow or practice feels like a struggle. Please know that this is all part of the learning process.
Your encouragement, patience, and willingness to keep showing up alongside your child are planting seeds that take time to grow. Even when results aren’t immediately visible, your support is building discipline, confidence, and resilience that will last far beyond music lessons.
Thank you for staying the course, for cheering on effort, and for believing in the process. One day, you’ll look back and be so glad you didn’t give up—on your child or on the journey.

We’re excited to introduce our “Treble Maker” program — a fun way for families to help grow the Next Level Music Centre community!
Here’s how it works:

For every family you refer that signs up for lessons, your family receives one free lesson as a thank-you!

The free lesson is applied to your current student’s account once the referral has officially registered and started lessons.

There’s no limit — the more families you refer, the more free lessons you can earn!
Why “Treble Maker”?
In music, a treble clef (🎼) brings brightness and energy to a song. Just like a treble clef adds sparkle to music, our Treble Makers bring excitement and new families to our school.

📝 Celebrating Parent & Student Businesses!
One of the things we truly value and want to continue to grow at Next Level Music Centre is community - supporting one another and helping to uplift each other beyond the lesson room.
Just as you support Next Level Music Centre, we would love to support you. Many of our parents and students own or run businesses, and we want to create space to highlight and celebrate those within our community. To do this, we are introducing a dedicated section in our newsletter to feature parent- and student-owned businesses - at the low cost of FREE

As always, engagement will be at the consumer’s discretion - proceed at your own risk. Our goal is simply to shine a light on the incredible people within our community.

On Sunday January 11th we launched our Choir Program for Children and Youth!
This program is designed to be fun, engaging, and affordable—and we can’t wait to make music together.

💛 A Note to Our Parents 💛
We’ve been absolutely loving our Intro to Music program and watching our youngest students engage, explore, and enjoy music in such a fun and meaningful way.
We know many of our families have siblings, and sometimes it can feel like some children are too young to get involved in music - but this program is a wonderful introduction to their musical journey.
Through play, movement, and age-appropriate activities, students are building a strong foundation while developing a love for music from the very beginning. It’s been such a joy to see their curiosity and confidence grow!
